What is your return and refund policy?
We accept returns of unused items within 30 days of delivery. If you would like to go ahead and return all or part of your order, please visit our return and refund policy here and then contact us at hello@flexoracare.com with your order number. Cases of returns with buyer's remorse, e.g. an item that did not fit, did not like the color/quality, ordered by mistake, purchased elsewhere, etc. will be handled separately.

How can I get a discount?
You can see our best offers on the main page at www.flexoracare.com. We offer a range of seasonal promotions throughout the year. If you have a code, simply enter it at checkout to get a discount on your purchase.

How can I contact Flexoracare?

How long does it take to deliver my order? 
Our goal is to deliver your orders quickly and efficiently. Normally, it takes 5-14 days from the time your order has been shipped from our warehouse.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the delivery destination and any logistical issues.

How can I track my order? 
When your order is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number via email or text message. Use the link in the message to easily track your order and stay up to date on its delivery status.

Can I make purchases through my company with an invoice?

How do I return an item? 
If you regret your purchase for any reason, you have the option to return the product to us within 30 days from the day you received the package. 

You can exercise your right of withdrawal by contacting us at hello@flexoracare.com to access our return form.

When you return products to our online store, they must be unused and in their original condition. This means that they must not show any signs of use and must be returned in their original packaging. To ensure that the products are in new condition, they must only have been tried on with clean socks on a clean surface.

Please note that some products, such as socks, shoe inserts, toe separators, hallux valgus and heel spur packages cannot be returned for hygienic reasons.

How is the money refunded in the event of a return? 
In the event of a return, the money will be refunded to the same payment method used for the purchase. Once the return is approved, the refund will be made within 3 working days of us receiving and checking the product. Please note that the item must be unused and in its original condition to be returned.
