Refund & Return Policy

At Flexoracare, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help make the return or refund process as smooth as possible.


30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition and packaging.

  • All tags, accessories, and manuals must be included.

  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that we cannot process refund requests until your order has been delivered.


How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us at hello@flexoracare.com with your order number, full name, reason of return and the items you wish to return.

  2. Once your return is approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

  3. We will email you the shipping label, simply print it out and attach it to your package.
  4. Drop your package off at the nearest shipping carrier location as per the instructions in the return authorized mail.
  5. Returns should be shipped to the following address:

⚠️ Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.


Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • All returns must be shipped using a traceable courier method.

  • Please retain your tracking number and proof of shipment. Flexoracare is not responsible for lost or untraceable return packages.


Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.

  • No refund will be issued until the returned items are received and verified by our team.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval and you haven’t received it, please contact us at hello@flexoracare.com.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 5 days if:

  • Your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

To report an issue, email us at hello@flexoracare.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos or videos showing the damage or defect

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund.
This policy does not apply to normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or handling.


Missing or Lost Packages

  • If a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier but you did not receive it, please contact us within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Orders delayed for more than 60 days are considered lost and are fully refundable.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you wish to exchange for a different size, color, or item, please return the original product and place a new order once your refund is approved.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care and hygiene items (e.g., beauty or health products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items and gift cards

If you’re unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please reach out to us before sending it back.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
The item must still be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.


Warranty

We guarantee that all Flexoracare products are of merchantable quality.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not include normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage.
