Shipping Locations
This policy applies to orders shipped within Sweden.
Delivery Times
Below are our estimated delivery times for all shipments:
- Order Cutoff Time: 6:00 PM (CET). Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day
- Order Handling Time: 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday). Once processed, your order will be shipped using one of our trusted carriers. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- Transit Time: 5 to 10 business days (Monday to Friday)
- Estimated Delivery Time: 6 to 12 business days from the date of order.

Shipping Costs
All orders within Sweden qualify for free shipping, with a minimum spend of SEK 399. Order under SEK 399 will incur SEK 49 as standard shipping fee.
Delivery Issues
If you experience any issues with your delivery, such as delays or lost packages, please reach out to our customer service team immediately (Contact Us). We are here to ensure that your order arrives safely and on time.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, deliveries may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the delivery of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.
Shipping Policy
Flexoracare offers free shipping on all customer orders post a minimum spend. We use multiple fulfillment points in the EU, India and China to ensure the fastest delivery time.
We ship orders from the nearest warehouse. If an item is out of stock in our EU warehouse, it will be shipped from our warehouse in India or China, which may extend delivery time.
Please note that delivery times may be delayed on weekends and holidays due to high pressure on shipping companies.
Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 48 hours.
Customs duties, duties and taxes
We are pleased to offer free shipping on orders over a minimum amount specified on www.flexoracare.com. Customers do not have to pay any customs duties, taxes or additional fees. All costs related to delivery, including import duties, are fully covered by our company.
Damage
If you believe you have received a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the package. Attach a picture showing the damage or defect clearly. Briefly describe the damage and send the description and photo(s) to hello@flexoracare.com. We will review the case and either resend a replacement for the damaged item or issue a refund. Please save all packaging materials and any damaged items before submitting a claim.
Lost Packages
We would like to draw your attention to the fact that lost packages are an extremely rare situation in our company. We have only had a couple of cases of lost orders in all the years of our successful retail business.
Orders that are delayed for 60 days are considered lost. All “lost orders” are fully refundable. Please see our Refund Policy for further instructions on how to report this case and receive a refund.
