Instructions:

a) Cold treatment:

• Place the headache cap in the freezer. For best results, leave it there for two hours before use.
• Do not use for more than 30 minutes at a time.

b) Heat treatment:

• Allow the migraine cap to reach room temperature before heating.
• Heat in the microwave for no more than 40 seconds. If more heat is needed, heat in 10-second intervals. Test the temperature before use to ensure it is comfortable.
