Are you tired of those first steps out of bed or after sitting for a while? Does it hurt when you run or walk?
Our proven adjustable insoles for plantar fasciitis have been shown to help those suffering from heel pain and/or plantar fasciitis. In addition to providing relief and comfort, they are designed to properly align your feet and address the cause of the problem.
PlantarFix Adjustable Orthopedic Insoles
This highly innovative three-quarter-length orthopedic insole is made from firm yet comfortable EVA material. It provides full arch support and prevents your feet from rolling inward when you walk or run. This relieves pressure on the plantar fascia and reduces or eliminates heel pain.
These plantar fasciitis orthotics come with 3 different inserts with different arch heights - low, medium and high. There is also a massaging insert with bumps that gently massage your feet as you walk (this is not included in Walkfit Platinum, which is sold on other websites). You can therefore choose the level of support that is best and most comfortable for you. You would usually start with the low or medium inserts and can then, if necessary, switch to the medium or high inserts to resolve the problem.
The inserts are easy to change - they come off easily when you slightly bend the insole.

What are orthotics and how do they work?
If you suffer from heel pain or have been diagnosed with plantar fasciitis, orthotics may help. Orthotic insoles for plantar fasciitis are placed inside your shoes and worn throughout the day. They not only act as shock absorbers to relieve heel pain, but also provide structural support for the foot and thereby help address the cause of your heel pain.

What is plantar fasciitis?
Plantar fasciitis is very common and affects approximately 10% of the population. The plantar fascia is a thick band of tissue that runs across the underside of the foot, from the heel bone to the toes. When this ligament or tissue becomes inflamed, it causes heel pain - plantar fasciitis.

Incorrect foot positioning can cause this problem, as can overuse - it is very common among runners and athletes.
Who is affected by plantar fasciitis?
In general, people who have to stand for long periods because of their work, athletes or people who are overweight tend to suffer from plantar fasciitis. However, for some individuals there is no identifiable reason why they suffer from heel pain or plantar fasciitis.
What are the symptoms of plantar fasciitis?
Although it varies between individuals, the majority of people suffering from plantar fasciitis describe it as a sharp, stabbing pain in the heel. In general, symptoms tend to be worse in the morning and after long periods of sitting or standing.
